starting problem

i was riding and i shut my ltr down and tryed to start it and it wouldent start i could hear the realay ticking so i packed it up and went home and got it off the truck and it started right up i checked the batt voltage it was fine what could be causing this. has anyone had this problem i am also having troubble with it spooling up could these two problems be related in the electronics?

Check your battery connections, I know it sounds way to simple, but I had the same thin happening to mine not to long ago.

All I did was clean the battery connections and it took care of the problem.
