450r carb trouble starting

With my stock carb my bike would start almost everytime without using the choke and would stay running pretty good. Now I put the 450r carb in and it takes forever to get it to run, I gotta pump the throttle once or twice just to get it to try and start and once it does it never wants to stay running. It also likes to flood and seems to stall just a faint bit when I pop the throttle open.
The jetting is 48 pilot and 162 main with the F/A screw like 1 turn out its pretty far in. Everything else is in my sig

go to 2.5 turns out and try it again.

Well it started better at 2.5 out but still not as good as it used too, and it still seems to be a hair doggy on quick throttle.
