HONDA 200 TRx300ex sport trax new battery

My dad bought a used TRX300ex boutght new battery and it last a day ad day My dad put it on a trickle charger and worked Battery still dies. Seems to be running off alternator dont have manual but dont seem to have alternator what is in its place and hwo to change it out.

put it in second gear and roll it down a hill at a nice speed. pop it in gear while trying to start it. if it starts, it is your solenoid.



if you fear its the starter, detach the red battery cable and try jumping it off your truck. to do that, put the black cable on the frame of the atv. then attach the red directly to the solenoid where the red battery cable was attaching. if it starts, then there you go.
