how do you intsall a +2 steering stem?????

i need to know asap how to install a +2 steering stem! please, help a brotha' out

Loosen the nut on the bottom of the steering stem then the tie rods. pull the hood and undo the top clamp. remove the bars then pull the bottom nut completely off. slide the whole thing out the top. Reverse to put the new one in.
