05 carb help

I believe it's the carb that's messed up float was stuck one day cleaned it and it keeps sticking, after I cleaned it this last time after 1/4 throttle would bog down and rev back up after 3/4 throttle if I would keep it reved after pass 1/4 it would run fine. I looking to pick up a sparks carb or just any fcr carb my buddies telling me it the better way to go. Any ideas of what I should do?

see if its the needle sticking or if you have something restricting movement of the float. But yes a fcr would be a good way to go you can find them alot cheeper than sparks i got mine off ebay bored out to a 43mm for $400 and do not forget the noss adapter if you go with a trx style you will not have to get a hotstart but you may have to cut the carb a little bit to fit i bought a ims gas tank and still had to cut the carb a crf carb you wont have to cut but you will need a different hotstart hope this helps.
