Timing Key(400ex)

Can I have a advance timing key with a CDI? I have a CDI installed and I want a timing key but i'm not sure if i can have both..

if the cdi doesnt advance the timing you can but looking in your sig a timeing key with 11:1 compresion youd need to run atleast 100 octance
