I had the same problem and ended up coming up with something myself. I ordered springs from McMaster-Carr. They were only 8" long so I cut 2" of each end of one and grafted it to the end of a full one. This allowed me to get full travel out of the shocks.

I could try to find the part numbers if it is something that you would like to try.

I have a friend who owns a speed shop and we had road magnet bend up some custom coils for the stock kfx 700 shocks. They did a few test ones with a few different rates. They ended up selling them if you call them. They also have done an entire line of clutch springs for our big cvt clutches. It can be done just how much is the ? They are a local company and do a fairly large volume. They will do one off customs but you might have to wait till they are done a big run. Call them and see what they say.
