View Full Version : Any advice?

I've been out of racing mx for 5 years and have decided to race again. This time I am going to race GP because I'm older(almost 40) and have young kids and I think it will be safer then mx. So my question to you is do any one of you have any hints as far as equipment or the best way to last for an hour and a half. Thanks!

I always try to ride the same pace the entire race. Stay smooth. It's a marathon, not a sprint

No problem. I just raced my first GP of the year today. Remember to have tear offs haha.
