Clutch Pull Question

I got my 2004 400ex and when i pull the clutch in it is hard to pull but it only has to move just a little. not all the way to the bars. Im guessing its got heavy duty springs from how hard it is to pull but the clutch doesnt slip

I'd say you should just adjust it out, or that the clutch cable is going bad, the cables get stiff after a while on the EX, if it's not one of those it could be HD springs.

Yeah once i get the extra cash im gonna get a new cable, my old 400 did it and a new cable helped. but never got as tight as this is
