what are you guys using to fill the gap where the headlight used t be. is there something available to put there or am i on my own to get creative?

Go to Lowes buy an aluminum screen in the screen door section. Just cut out what you need and save the rest for when that one decides to fall off......:)

we took a number plate and notch the sides at the bottom till it fit in snug and put one ziptie in the bottom keeps all the airflow to the radiator and fills the gap with your numbers!

WE USE A 10X 12 NUMBER PLATE ZIP TIE THE BOTTOM TO THE TOP OF THE BUMPER RAIL THAT ATACH TO THE FRAM AND 2 NUTS AND BOLTS AT THE TOP AND IT COVERS THE HEAD LIGHT HOLE AND JUST BEND IT WITH THE BODY AND PUT YOUR NUMBERS ON

We used some thin alu sheetmetal that we cut and shaped and fastend with a few rivets and then put the number decal over it,this way we can easily move cover and decal to another quad.See end result in the link to pic.

Cut the inside of headlight out with sawzall and paint headlight lens with krylon fusion paint,reinstall with original headlight mounting hardware.

I know that is hasn't been mentioned but a gen-x hood would look nice on there.:D

Send the headlight to me and I will have it dipped in Carbon fiber overlay, and then shoot some clear coat on it. We have been doing ours for a couple of years now and they turn out real nice.

I dont have a picture available, but I made some up for Marc and Eric, if they read this they may have a pic available.
