300ex frame gussets

The only place I've had a problem with the 300ex frame is cracking where the footpegs are, so I'm gonna fix the cracks and weld some gussets in the corners shown in pic. It outta help out right??

You better gussett where the 2 down tubes from where the seat sits. the frame cracks where the tube is welded to the frame. That is the only place ours has cracked. We welded gussets in there and works great.

Not sure where your takin about on the frame. Edit my pic and show me where.

right here. I welded 2 gussets on each side. I don't know why Honda doesn't do this from the factory. They All crack the frame there. I have a $1200 rear shock on this quad and he doesn't run mx just xc and it still cracked there!
