Does a 03 400ex come with a stock rev limter and how high does it let the rpms rev up?

Yep if it's stock rev box it's stock lol. I think about 9000 rpms and it cuts out not sure.

9100 rpms iirc, I hardly ever get it to rev out to the limiter myself-switch gears if you do!

if you are "bouncing" off the rev limiter,... you are shifting WAaaaaaayyyy to late.

any 400Ex makes it's peak power around 7500 rpm.
after that,... it's just noise.
