what do you guys have to say about clutch levers. i read through all the past threads and pulled up the models people are using. most all of them say motorcycle only. they fit 1 1/8 bars and the cable so why motorcycle only?

Clutch levers are pretty universal as far as accepting the ferrule on the cable end. It may say motorcycle only but chances are it will work with your ATV.

Don't know if 1 1/8" bars was a typo because I have never seen an 1 1/8" clutch lever for a dirtbike/ATV. Maybe for a harley or something strange but if that's the case you are shopping in the wrong place lol. Most clutch levers will be designed for standard 7/8" bars. Even if you run 1 1/8" fat bars on your quad like I do, the bars taper down to 7/8" at the ends to accept "standard" controls.

I had 2 raptors. they both snapped where the cable adjustment is on the lever.

so the cheaper option is the better option, great! the raptor had me sold because of all the adjustments it allowed. sounds good to me. appreciate it bud!

i would say, spend the extra and get ASV levers. they are one of the best upgrades i made.

I run a stock one that I modified by cutting the E brake area off, smoothing it, buffing it out.. Looks great IMO.. Other wise it would be the ASV's
