- Frame is powder coated and gusseted.
- All ASV levers.
- Full FMF custom tuned exhaust
- Extended width (50”) axle
- Rear Suspension: JB Racing + 1.25” extended length long-travel swing arm; Baldwin Racing linkage; PEP fully adjustable long-travel rear shock
- Front Suspension: Gibson + 2.38” extended width long-travel a-arms; Custom Axis fully adjustable long-travel shocks
- Fasst Flexx bars
- 2” longer (vs. stock) JB Racing steering stem
- HiPer carbon fiber wheels front and rear
- New Maxxis Razr Cross tires front and rear
- ProArmor nerfbars and propegs
- ODI grips
- Moose Racing seat cover
- Roost guards

Motor has approximately 20 hours since complete overhaul (top and bottom). Literally everything except the cases and the cam are new. Stock intake with K&N; TT Cam; Stroker crank; New valves and springs; 3 angle valve job; Ported and polished; 13.5:1 compression, bearings, transmission. Complete motor build by Casey Streepy. Casey was a factory Honda mechanic for many years and is well known by Quad guys in WA and OR. It would be easy for me to provide many personal references as to the quality and reliability of Casey's work.

We are getting out of racing that's why this quad is for sale. See other posts have another 2004 450r and a 2010 Raptor 250 for sale.

This quad is in spectacular condition and the motor is VERY strong and well suited to MX racing.
