2007 trx400ex

how much could i sell my 2007 400ex for?..it has 200hrs or less on it as i didn't ride it that much...maybe 50hrs or less a year...i changed the oil and filter every year with honda hp4 w/o moly...and cleaned the air filter regularly...the tires are still in great shape...only thing i did to it was remove the parking brake as it kept getting loose and wouldn't work

3500 at best if its truly clean. Id expect to get around 2700-3200 in reality. But if you hold out the right buyer might come around.

That might be kinda high. I paid $3600 for a brand new 08 leftover about 4 months ago.

In Alabama, you can get nicely built 450's for 3500. I would say more in the 2600-2800 range, if you are lucky.

wow i dunno where you guys bought at those prices lol...i saw a 2007 leftover a year later and they still wanted $5000 brand new...the newer models they want $6000...i'm sure those used 450's have more than 200hrs on them too lol

Probably, but they also had thousands of dollars in suspension and what not. Times are tough, and people are hanging on to their money. Toys are just not selling for what they would sell for in a good market.

Scro's right, times are tough, even for dealers. I got mine brand new from a dealer in state college, pa for that price. I have about 20 hrs on my 08 and even with all the mods i'd be hard pressed to get close to what I paid for it if I were to try and sell it. It seems like people are trying to buy quads cheap to rebuild rather than new(er) used models. Good luck with the sale, don't give up, it will sell eventually.

well i don't have to sell it...i was wanting a new mower for my lawn business...it costs $7k lol

Don't they sell cheaper mowers??? WOW... But it all depends where you live is gonna say what you may get for it... up here i see 400ex's all day that are pre-2005 going for 16 thru 2500... and then i see 05 thru 07 for 1900 thru 3500... not sure if they are sellin but thats what people are askin... but you could look on craigslist or something and search for what you have and see what other peopel are sellin for... got nothin to lose right???

we bought my moms mint 07 like 10hrs on it for 3300 im pretty sure if not a few hundred more.

I can get a new 08 400 in louisville at Staion Park Honda for $3299 and the special edition 09 450r for $4199, paid $3999 for my 08 400 a couple months ago
