ive heard of people putting 15 tooth sprocketson 300ex's but never seen it and i also just read a thread were this 15 tooth sprocket wouldnt fit.... anyone runnin this or know it will fit?

I don't know if a 15 tooth front sprocket will work..But if you are running a 39 tooth rear sprocket with a 13 tooth front sprocket. Buy a 33 tooth rear sprocket. It will be the same ratio as a 15/39..And I know a 33 tooth rear sprocket will work.

well im running a 14 as it is.. what rear sprocket could i get then?

You can get as small as a 33 tooth rear off E-Bay..But if you have a 14 tooth front I would go with a 36 tooth rear.But it's up to you. Like I say E-Bay has from 33 to 40+ rear sprocket's..

he is correct.

a 14/36 is the same as 15/39

3 in the back equals 1 in the front.

I never tried it but I don't think a 15 would fit on a 300ex.
