2011 cylinder head ?

installed 2011 50cc alluminum cylinder and head. what do i do with the small fitting on top of head? the stock 08' head has a bleeder here this one just has a hose barb

that barb will pull out , i took mine out taped it and put a bleeder in it

they are now running a hose from there to the radiator neck.( must have the new radiator neck).
