what are these wires for?

hey guys, im cleaning up a wiring harness for a guy and i got a good diagram of doing it but i found some wires i don't know where they go or what they are for. do i need to splice these together or can i just leave them apart. check out the pic i added and let me know what they are for and what i can do with them.

they run out of the harness with the start button lights cluster thing. its a 2007 yfz
