I am looking and comparing some tires. What brand has been the best for you? For the rear : Maxxis Razr

I want the best wear, then traction, and lastly price.

alot of people run razr 2 fronts and razr rears for a good woods/trail setup

Holeshot HD for wear (rear). Will dig out of almost everything. Downside: quite heavy.

if I was to run the woods from my expierience my favorites on the rear are the irazrs, hook up a ridiculous amount

I like the whole Maxxis Razr line... and then also ITP HD rears.

Maxxis wears much better than ITP in my opinion. Maxxis uses a little harder compound that stays together better and wears longer.


You forgot the Kenda Kutter XC's and Kenda Knarlys also though.

I feel like those two are worth a hard look also.
I'm considering trying both.

I prefer Maxxis razr on rear with Razr II on front. I have ran this combo for years and have had no major problems.
