hey guys, i tried starting my old nifty 250ex and i found several problems

when i went to got start it it turned over fine and then i let my finger of the switch and the started kept going... the button was pulled all the way out, and then a few minutes later instead of starting there was just a clicking noise witch came from the SWITCH ASSY, STARTER MAGNETIC(i think thats what it is called) so i am wondering if it is

a.) my battery
b.)my SWITCH ASSY, STARTER MAGNETIC
c.)no damn idea

i think its you battery, it clicks when it is dead

all it needs is charged prolly, cuz it sounds like its been sitting around for a while;)

but why does the starter like stick?

It like sticks because it doesn't have enough juice from the battery to make a complete turn real fast like it's supposed to.

same as a truck i was working on. You got a low battery so it jsut clicked casue it coulndt move the starter motor. So it kept cranking the engine after you released the button??? huh, THATS messed up. Im thinking the switch prob
