I have two axles that are forsale.

Both axles are straight. The Durablue axle was run on my quad and never saw a wobble (my kid raced it as well so I got to watch it each race). The Lonestar axle I have never personally used, but I put the axle in a carrier mounted to the vice. On each end I placed a spacer and rotated the axle. There was no run out.
Durablue extended axle comes ready to be used. $150 + shipping
This is the older durablue...not the newer durabend. I raced MX for 10 years on the this axle and it never got out of shape.
Lonestar extended axle does not come with axle nuts or spacers. You can get them from Lonestar or used online (pretty cheap). $120 + shipping
