jetting help and oil cooler

ok its time to get my jetting correct. i have an 06 300ex with slip on and a k&n filter. what should my main jet be.


also how hard is it to fit an oil cooler?

oil cooler is no problem, just follow instructions.

as for getting, I would start with about a 128 to 130.

As for the K&N...toss it and get you a foam filter. K&N are good for trucks and sand dunes but not on a quad.

where can i even buy an oil cooler anymore

never really thought about that. I have seen some retrofited with 400ex oil cooler.

Last one I bought was several years ago from Xtreme racing in Illionis. Don't even know if they are still in business.

I might even still have it, I'll check tonight.
