OK, I'm about to go nuts.
I know there is a way to turn these things off because I had them off at one point in time. Somehow they are back on now.
I'm not talking about just a pop up ad i suppose, I have a blocker on those, but when you are reading say a news story on yahoo, and every like 10th word is highlighted blue and if you somehow scroll over it, a little box pops up.
Im literally about to go crazy, so f'n annoying.
