title ???

i purchased a 400ex frame with no title . I built it back up to a fully functional atv . now i want to take it to state owned land wich requires proof of ownership . how do i get a title for it so i can ride ?

every state is different. go to your local dmv and find out what is required to get it registered. Here in NJ you need a notorized letter with the year model and vin # to get an atv registration. I usually have a friend write me a sales letter and go to a notary and have him "sell" me the bike or atv.
