What's the stock sprocket size on an 08 KFX 450? My friend just bought one and were gonna regear it, trying to get an idea where to start. Thanks

14 up front..38 out back

Throw a 15T front sprocket on it and you will love the difference. So much more top end.

Well we mainly do trail riding and he hates how high geared it is right now. He wants to go two down in the front but I think it'd be better to go to a 13 in front and a 39 in the back.

I put a 13 tooth in the front and it made it perfect for tight trails riding. It made second gear a powerhouse, glad i did it. I would try just the front first. 1 st gear is perfect for crawling through the tight stuff, don't have to clutch as much now.:D
