Problem: Will not start in neutral, very weak spark, with E start or Kick.
It will not E start in gear, with the neutral by passed.
It will start in gear by kick start.
I have tried with a new battery, boosted etc. Fuses have been replaced. New CDI, new Rectifier. I have done the bypass trick with neutral with no change. The neutral switch is fine has been tested. I have checked all the wiring for breaks etc. The coil is perfect by tests. Pulse generator seems fine. (I'm sure I'm missing telling you some of the parts)
I have done as many checks as possible and every time things check out, I've also replaced many of the parts just to try and solve the problem. The ATV is in awesome shape for it's age. I have no problem kicking it over in gear and it runs great, but I need to get it to E start.
If you have any idea's, I'd love to hear them. I must be missing something, or one or some of these parts is failing but I am not getting the info in the tests.
My biggest mind boggle is why it won't kick start in neutral, it runs fine in neutral. With the neutral by pass there is no change.
