Can anyone tell me what the four wire ignition is all about on my 2007? I lost my key and I thought about replacing it w/ a toggle switch.
Problem being there is a green(ground), red (hot), black (?), and black/white(?).
Long story short, after some research, I decided to take the key code on the ignition and have a key made for $10 at a local locksmith shop.
I still like the idea of a neat little hidden toggle switch. Can anyone advice?
I understand that there are people who steal quads and then want to hotwire them.
I have a key and will send you proof if you'd like. Also, if you have an answer please PM me so that that info is not so easy to find for those who did steal their quad.
