Okay i was riding a couple weeks back.. and just cruising all of sudden i got on it down the road. it started slipping. i thought i burned my clutch up i let the clutch out and it lets out but wont go i look down and behind my sprocket cover i see the shaft spinning but not moving the sprocket. call my friend to come get me. take it home and take it apart i get to looking and the shaft and sprocket are all flat. no teeth.. it was a sunstar sprocket. brand new. idk what caused it.. but i got my motor out and welded it once. rode i awhile. broke several other times kept welding it.. im getting sick of welding it. it keeps cracking.. the last i rode it the sprocket just fell off.. haha.. soo im taking it out to put a shaft in it. i dont want to do this.. i have to split the cases.. and its a strong *** motor. its a 330. but ive been inside of it and it sucks.. sorry for the story. what do you think?
