Any suggestions?

My buddy had new valves put in his head so I put it back together for him. Now it wont start and I followed the hrc kit manual and the valves are rght. The exhaust is shimmed to 11 thousandth and the intake is 6 thousandth. Its in time also. It just turns over but wont start the plug looked like it had a white spark. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else to check?

Its a 2009 450er fuel issue?? give it a shot of starting fluid and see if it wants to start

I am starting to think carb problems also cause we have spark and compression. This thing also has the auto decompression cause its the electric start

After checking the spark again today with a new plug it doesn't have any spark. Last night it had a weak white spark but today nothing. The coil is good on another fourwheeler so im thinking its stator. Does anyone have the stator specs for an 09 450er? We went through the complete carb today and its right on with the hrc manual

it ran before it should run now..
somethin stupid is wrong..
the plug wire is two pc in boot. is it still together?
start from there.

He took it to the dealership and had the hrc kit installed and after he got it back it started once or twice on its own after that he had to roll it off. So not it wasnt really right before i took it apart. The stator still shouldnt go out that fast on an 09.

Also the coil is eliminated cause i made it work on my 250 r and just kicked it over and the coil worked cause the plug was sparking but its not sparking on his 450r. So it has to be stator or something else causing no spark.
