400ex carb - jetting

i have a 07 400ex 20 over with a 10-1 piston, stage 2 hot cam , fmf pipe and a power bomb header, uni fitter and im have trouble getting it jetted right , i have 160 and 42 in it right now and it seems like it needs more fuel . anyone

I was running a 168 main jet and everything else was set the same as stock.

put a 165 in it and try it again with your f/a at 2.5 turns out and the needle on the 3rd notch. if you are around 1500 ft or so.

im not really sure what 20 over is and im not gonna look but that will get you closer.

.20 over is very minute its like 402cc (aka 85.5mm).

If your at 160 already maybe 162 or 165 may work.

Where is the needle-should be on 3rd notch.

thanks for the 20 over marc. im not looking for it any more. i get tired of doing it...

you wont need anything over a 165 imo after finding out it is a 402. as marc said probably a 162 will do the trick.
