hey guys another ? if i get a +1 steering stem do i need to do all my cables longer

No everything will still work. The cables have enough extra slack.

The real deciding factor is the handle bar bend along with the +1. Most of the time, a simple re-routing of the cables will solve any problems all together. I have a +2 Houser with Cr-Hi Bend Pro Taper Contour SE's and everything worked fine except the front brake lines. But my +2 A-arms came with extended lines that solved the problem all together.
