pro off season training spots

I heard some go o florida, others south carolina , TN, KY etc.
Do they get together some and side together i know some southern racers has these type places to practice.
I know alot pickup the flt, mid south, ky hare scrambles etc to get rides but i red about them moving down to the south sometimes for s month or two, id sure like to get to ride some of these spot, is it private land they have leased or leased for a season or is it a riding area you pay to get in it?
any info appreciated i alleyways was curious bout this

joe byrd and the can-am guys come out to california during the winter. can-am guys and joe byrd ride at cahuilla and glen helen.

when suzuki and kawasaki were around they would also come down to california.

I know Kizer spent most of last year in Ky (but this was during the summer)

We see Ockerman at a lot of midsouth races during the winter.

Johnny G said he spent 4 months in Florida.

I think several of them spend time at Duramtown between Florida and Ga.

yes I was talking about GNCC riders, i should have been clear,
How good of a place is duramtown to ride?,
If alot of pros go there to practice I assume it has varying terrain or has a great trail system
