search option problem?

leo,i'm just curious if you could change the search option to a minimum of at least 3 letters?for example if you are searching for a thread about the rev kit,rev box,cam,or oil,you can't do squat.there are a few other common things i was searching for to no avail because the minimum is 4 letters.:(

lowering the limit to 3 letters puts an unacceptable load on the server.. (it increases the work it has to do by several fold)..

I would really like to, but unfortuanetly, I can't :(
