What's this Z worth [Archive]

I know someone who is selling this 04 Z400. Excellent shape and lots of goodies.

Regardless it is still a 2004 with the older shocks and non gusset'd frame and non updated motor. Current condition is in the pic..what do you all feel it worth?

Would be used as a trail machine.

Is it worth a few extra bucks to wait for a newer 05+ with the factory upgrades?

Looks like its in great condition! i keep up with these of craigslist near the detroit area, but its always high and low prices. What i would guess that someone would actually pay is something like 1900-2400? My guess though

If the price is right and you are just using it for trail riding and not racing then it would be a great machine. Sure miss my 03 KFX for trail riding.

from the looks of the pictures it has stock tires which indicates it has very low hours not to mention it is super clean and it has tastefull upgrades nothing over the top and not necessary for trail riding... you could spend just as much money on a whooped 05 06 and run into problems later on... ... around here that would go for $2500 ...
