TRX250r Quick Change Clutch Mods

Alright I called Burguard Cycles today and they are still doing the clutch cover mod for a great price! Their covers are their covers though- they will not interchange with other companys.

Figgured i would share this info becuase a now a few guys on here we asking about it- and im gona have mine done also.

Are they doing them differently? They used to be directly the same as hinson and CT and Rath.

Ct racing still does the Quick change clutch mod...!

Around $210 for the mod only and they are 5 hole so they work with Hinson..... Duncan....Ect...

Yeah I know I built that bike and didn't get a chance to enjoy it.. but the 450 is in progress..Thanks for the buisness,Take care Rob!

The Burguard is $350 complete. Seems like quite a difference of $140 for just a cover?

Complete with the clutch cover. $210 is for just the mod - you provide the cover. Burgard doess just the mod too, but it's slightly higher.

I believe the $350 is with an exchange cover. The cover I am referring to is the one that bolts up to the ring that is welded in. I am so confused at this point!

$210 for just the mod on your clutch cover is what I paid then you have to buy the plate that bollts to it,Hinson,Duncan..Ect...!

If the link doesnt work the seller is mattoonmachine. The cover was beadblasted and ready to polish for 250$ shipped! I painted it back and polished the cover. Only one complaint.......he didnt leave feedback lol

This is what CT told me.

The Quick Change covers are $400.00. This is the painted clutch cover, anodized cover, oring and bolts. Does not include water pump parts. You can send your cover as a core for $75.00 credit.

ESR is working on a new 2 bolt setup. I don't know when they will have them done or what the cost will be but they have been getting thier price down on a lot of things lower then most.
