whats goin on we have a state of emergency dose that i mean i am free to quad where i please or not. what r the rules.

nice i was just riding all over the place but its sooo cold and its gonan snow for 12 more hours so im prob gonna be bogged down by the morning if they dont plow.. our plowing system is not very good like some places that get lots of snow
