Alright, I got the motor to fired up for the first time but need some help to keep it running and start up easier. Its hard to start, got to use a shot of starting fluid if I dont it seems to get flooded in about 6 kicks (pull plug and its wet). When it does start it idles good but it will die in about 15 sec. or so. I think the the slow jet might be to big. I am only 1 size larger (50) than stock (48) for the 1987 carb. I noticed that an '88 pilot jet is a 45 and '89 is a 42. I was wondering if these were lower year after year that maybe that there was a problem with it being to big to begin with. But want to see what you all think and if there is anything else it could be. Bike has new rings and has great compresion.
