vertex piston any good??

i have a 07 450r and it just had it rebuild with a 12.5:1 comp piston and stage 1 hot cam, i havent heard much about the vertex pistons are they any good or they junk??

and whats the proper way to break it in? thanks

i know one guy who used one in a 400ex and has been pleased with it. for break in id you the search tool on here.....theres a few different methods. personally id talk to a mod like pappy they know quite a bit.

Vertex Makes Excellent Stuff... I run only Vertex in all of my stuff, including my cars. Never had a problem, i have seen a power difference between Wiesco vs Vertex. They are cheaper too...

they are only cast if they are non high performance ones... IF they are they are forged.
