quick question

Does it matter what year the cases are to fit my '94 cylinder head? I see some nice 05 and 07 cases but need to know if they will fit the older head properly. Thanks.

to my undrstanding all of the 300ex stuff is the same, it should work just fine

this is actually a really good question. I have never done it but I don't think any changes was made.


I have swapped the older stough aruond and we the last one we built was an 06, never noticed anything different.

alright cool cuz i see a lot of nice newer cases on ebay. newer cases means newer bearings, which i wont have to replace. i almost have enough saved up to buy them but i wanted to make sure they would work.

Only difference is in 99 and up and that in the cylinder has a vent tube that the previous years do not it pat of the emission crap on the bike to prevent blow by gases and oil from getting in to the environment.
