I made my own air scoops. You can kinda see them in this pic. I don't plan on doing a fan or bigger cooler since I'm not going with a bigger bore or anything.

You mean the spal fan?

I can ride in 90F weather in dunes/trails and it never gets hot it seems. Keeping on the move cools the head imho and Im almost always moving.

Really tho, what I been thinking about doing is adding car sized tranny cooler, but my EX doesnt usually get to hot so I dont think its even worth it unless I just want to have fun.

I would do it if I were to somehow find a fan and a cooler dirt cheap. The install and fab work wouldn't be that tough. I just can't justify the purchase without having the need for a fan and bigger cooler.
However, I did justify the purchase of the intake, exhaust and jetting cuz my bike NEEDED to be faster. Hahaha...

^ In very hot temps it dropped the oil temps down about 10-15 degrees with just the fan running while riding around. But it never gets that hot anways. Most I ever saw was 210 which is well below the much higher 230-250 many claimit often will peak at.
