I made a set for my baja's when I ran then. I just cut some aluminum tabs and bolted them to the wheels and then cut out lexan and dzus buttoned them in.

I think I have some pictures. I'll look for them. I don't run the baja's anymore.

i bought some of the cheap mudcaps you can buy on ebay (they're actually just pipe caps that happen to fit) and they fit perfectly in my 8" rear baja's.. so for the $8 a pair they cost it might be worth giving it a shot for your wheels.

Well I thought about that but since I got rear hipers I only need them for 10 inch fronts

I knew I had a picture somewhere!

I also put a piece of that pipe insulation foam inside the wheel so dirt can't get in through the holes. I'm not sure what size it was, but it wedged in the ring perfectly, just had to cut out a hole for the valve stem. I ran that setup for a long time and it worked awesome.

Haha, that picture was when I just had them sitting in the wheel before I fastened them. I used self tapping screws to put the covers on and off or you can buy some dzus buttons. They would probably work better.

Similar to XC_Racer_129; I cut a circle out of lexan but I drilled and tapped the baja ring. Some button head screws fastened the lexan and then provided access when removed.
