So after having some trouble with the old orig start button, looking for just a replacement one to no avail. I refused to buy a new one for 70-100 buks for a hraness and didn't want to buy a whole harness, have to tear half the bike apart to put it on I opt for this.. Modified the orig switch housing, cut off the old area where the start button was, relocated it to where the neutral light would be.. Turned out great I think, is diff..

how did you cover the bottom up where you cut off the start button?

Thanks
I left it open. After pulling the switch apart, seeing all the dirt in it, I fig no reason to block it off. Now it will let any water run right out versus the closed bottom holding it in before draining..
If you seal the seams with some RTV it would stop leaking. IDK ive had mine apart alot and never any issues. Sometimes the connections can corrode tho.
