300ex to 400ex front end???

Hey guys. I'm thinkin about getting a 400ex front arms to make my 300ex wider but what all is involved? New shocks(400ex)?, tie rods, any welding? let me know and thanks for any suggestions.

I saw a shock mount type thing on ebay. Check it out by typing in 300ex shock. It makes you able to use 400ex or 250r suspension. Its awsome but you really should hurry.

Do a search for 400ex a-arms on 300ex. Several people on here have done this, and I know I remember seeing all kinds of posts on it. Hope this helps

You need a shock mount so it is 400ex geometry(some kids off this site sell them), 400ex a arms, tie rods and shocks. If you are interested in doing this pm me. I have 400ex shocks, a arms, tierods, and extra bearings and all for the a arms for sale. youll just need the mount.

can i move the shock mount on the a arm instead of welding and adding to my frame?

guys ive dealt with all the shockmounts..and finally i have a found one that gives exact 400ex geometry for a reasonable cost..countyparkracing@hotmail.com email the guy he makes awesome profesionaly built mounts for this...i love mine
