Ok I have heard from many numerous sources on here that 1) Front stock 300ex shocks mount right up to the 250ex. Fact? 2) You can use a stock Banshee front shock on the rear of the 250ex. Fact? Please only if you have personally expereinced this. I am going to be buying some shocks and don't want to feel like an *** if they don't mount up. I am not really looking to fab anything or rig it up.
Also if you have experienced any other things that might be helpful, please pass along. Thanks again guys for all of your help!;)

I know that a banshee front shock mounts to a 250ex rear, but i dont know about 300ex fronts on a 250.

well my 400ex shocks didnt intechange with my 250ex and neither did the a-arms, and since 300ex a-arms and shocks interchange, THE ANSWER IS NO....

I have put 300ex shocks on my recon, and since the 250ex is the same as the recon I think they'd fit, However, you will need to compress the suspension a little bit to get them to fit, which puts extra strain on the shock mounts, the shocks will also give you a rought ride unless all your doing is jumping

The fronts will bolt up but you will throw the geometery way off!!! I have not tried the front Banshee shock on the rear but I can't see anyway that the valving would be near stiff enough much less the spring.

The rear 250ex shock looks like a 400ex front shock? And if it is,why put a banshee one on there,The 400's is better.
