Update on 636EX

just an update on my winter project. 06 kawi zx636 in 400ex chassis. finished up all my motor mounts today, the top rails bolt onto mounts welded to frame. rear upper engine mounts unbolt as one. straightend the steering stem and started mounting the rad. next is gonna get the read end started and modify a kodiak 400 aluminum engine skid plate to fit.

finished the extended swin arm finally, gonna be going for a test ride this week now that the snows almost gone.

got the old ratio written down so jus gonna bulid a new link on our new cnc machine

i ended up going with a no link setup. bought an ohlins shock but havent used it yet. here some updated pics. should be done tomorro finally.

pretty much done now. just need to dyno tune the pc in. this quad rips. gonna take it the the dunes this weekend and see how it performs
