Just my luck... Same day I post this, I miss out.

I'd trade a brand new one, Duncan Racing Billet anodized blue.

Easyoff oven cleaner will strip the anodizing off. I did it to a set of gold anodized handle bars. Then polished them up to a mirror finish.

Can you post some pics of your polished one from anodized blue? Did it look like the one below?

Also in your post on the other site, that CLR stuff took off the zinc coating on those bolts, I would bet it would remove the annodizing as well.

Hey Dan, The GPR steering stabalizer on my bike was anodized red, Gregsmotosports in Florida polished it up like a mirror, i did the oven cleaner on a set of stock wheels back in 87, it works just takes a lot of time.

I'm not sure, did a quick search and only got household type cleansers. Nothing in a blue bottle. I might just try the oven cleaner. It's probably a similar process.

Picked up some Greased Lightning at Home Depot. Here's how she looks after 30 minutes and one light scrub. I'll polish them up and take a picture. BTW - the oven cleaner did not work for me.

The liquid cleanser was clear to begin with. :eek2:

Sorry. I must have just got lucky.
The greased lightring seems to be working real well.

Hey Dan, i use this stuff called Totally Awesome. I let it sit on my 450R swingarm to long once and it started to take the finish off it. I was pissed cause the bike was only 2 weeks old! I use it all the time now, only i spray it off pretty quick. I get it at the Dollar General for 3 or 4 bucks a jug. I think its almost the same as Greased Lightning?

Mean Green is just as good, but our Dollar Store dont carry it anymore. Now it was some good stuff!

It's bad news, cause now I am calling back on Tuesday to order the other stuff that wasn't available in natural finish. :(
