Lizzy Borden, not by definition a serial killer, but a notorious killer nonetheless. One day as her father was napping on the living room sofa Lizzy Borden took an axe and hit her father's head with it repeatedly some where around 40 times, completely disfiguring his face into an unrecognizable mess of blood and gore. Almost immediately after Lizzy attacked her mother in her bedroom, again hitting her head with an axe over 40 times.
Lizzie Borden took an axe,
And gave her father forty whacks.
And when she saw what she had done,
She gave her mother forty-one.

Jack the Ripper, by far the most notorious killer of all time. What would drive a man to kill 5 prostitutes, surgically mutilate the bodies, then stop, to never be heard from again?
Most of the murders were pretty much the same, the victim had her throat cut and her abdomen exposed, the intestines were placed over her right shoulder and sometimes a kidney or even the heart had been removed.

Jack the RIpper's murders are still unsolved.

At least he only killed 5 people unlike ted bundy who killed 30+. I saw a movie called THE UNFRIENDLY NEIGHBOR or somethin based on him. It was kinda scary. See were not violent people at all.

Jeff Dahmer grew up about three miles from me. If I remember right, he killed about 17 people. He supposedly ate body parts from some of his victims. He was convicted, sent to prison, and justly beaten to death by the inmates.

No, I never met him. I never knew about him until after he got caught. He was a couple years older than me, but some of my older friends remember him.

He used to cruise the roads as a kid, and find roadkill, and take it home and disect the remains. He also used to work in a local chocolate factory.

After he was caught, cars lined up and down his street where he used to live, just to get a glimpse of his old house. Weird.
