Wheel Bolt Pattern Drilling Jig

Because of some interest on other forums, I am selling bolt pattern drilling jigs. They are laser-cut out of 1/4" plate steel and have the 4/110 Honda pattern, 4/115 Yamaha pattern in them. To use it, you bolt it to the existing bolt pattern with 10mm bolts and drill through the new pattern with a 10mm or 25/64" drill bit.

The picture shown below is one made that also has the 4/137 Kawasaki pattern. I am having the ones with only the 4/110 & 4/115 patterns made right now. I will post a current picture once I get them.

i like what you did but IMHO the holes in the template should be no bigger than 1/8 inch ,just big enough to put a mark with a center punch or a 1/8 drill bit onto the rim thats to be modded

Try it that way sometime and let me know how it turns out for you. I've been there.... done that. If your drill bit walks at all, your pattern won't line up. The bit can't walk when drilling through the holes in this plate,

oh my.... I am interested if you wouldnt mind making one with both configurations PLUS a second set of Honda bolt pattern. That way I can still use some of my old beadlocks that were "wallered" out. if this is possible, let me know. thanks. BTW, pretty genius idea.
