The cases will probably look good with whatever color you decide with, being that the cylinder is fully show polished. Not sure?I like the bare aluminum look myself. What are you planning on doing on your clutch cover? If you go with the gold on the clutch cover with some polish accents also, and squeeze some black cases in between the two covers with your polished cylinder on top,It will probably look pretty tricked out!Who did you decide to go with to fix the Sparks 330?

its a place called Mid Way in Wisconsin Rapids. they are the best i've found on a quote, everyone else said i would be over the price of a new ESR pv cyl. this is about 250 for the sleeve with install.

clutch wil have gold/ bronze and polish on that side also. i was thinking the circle with honda on polished and then the outter parts of the water pump cover polished.

i was thinking like a hammer tone gray, or black.

btw thanks alot! you should have a packaging class cause that was the best job i've gotten. I got a 400ex bottom end and the cases got cracked.

thanks again!

Does that $250 include port matching?

I would go with black cases.

When you get that 330 cylinder back, please post some pic's of it, cause I would like to see what you are getting for $250.00.

If it is good enough work, then theres some guys probably need their address so they can get their cylinders sleeved.
Thanks, Neil

not a problem. I may be wrong on the quote but its around that ball park, he said it was like 225 for the std. bore 250 cyl and it would be a little more if they had to use the next size bigger sleeve cause of bore.

I havnt been able to send it out yet, had to replace the clutch in my truck and that empty'd out my bank account really fast, dang diesel tq....

Yes I would also like to know price. I am gonna send out my LRD265pv soon. Was going to use Millenuim Technologies in Plymouth,WI again but maybe I'll use those guys if they do good work. That's only about 90 minutes from me. Especially if they port match....otherwise I'll have my uncle do the work.

Sadly no haunt sent it out cause I got a Walsh chassis for it and some other stuff. I'll do that next though promis. I might send them a OE cyl. And see how it turns out then send them my bb.

Should be able to send it in a few weeks. Mark (prefab) hooked me up with more things than I needed but I couldn't say no.
