Haha..I can't even resist. Its not quite finished although I did get some seat time this weekend. The 2011 build is a full laeger/protrax/cr500 with fuel injected 2009 crf450

The 250r was a mx bike, same with the crf.. I ride the dunes a fair amount also.

Its funny because, its been 12+ years but my tastes haven't changed much.. Still Laeger, still Axis, still honda. Just a new twist. I'm working on finding the right 2 stroke to start a build on again, but haven't found it quite yet..

I don't think the Holeshot MX tires were out in 97??

Sweet rides tho!

You know it had radials on it prior to that. And I think those were brandnew. But the camera date said 97 and it had to be close because I was still in high school.

I would like to see someone use KTM's 300 2 stroke.

You could probably have them remade easily. With the technology of computers and printers now.. all it takes is the right graphic artist and your dialed in.

Oh and the guys recommending motors, I meant I'm looking for the right 250r, nice laeger, or walsh but I really want a lobo. I do have future plans to build my own frame though, that uses yamaha components and a newer yz250 punched out to the 305 limit. I like the yz because its a yamaha so its easy to get parts for and they still make them new today.

I asked walsh a few month ago if he could built a frame for a YZ250 05+ and he told me he could...
